Yes — we ship across the entire United States via freight (LTL). Every door is carefully packaged using heavy-duty protective materials to arrive installation-ready.

Via freight carrier. You must inspect the shipment carefully before signing. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery — claims reported after that window cannot be processed.

We use a DuPont-based marine-grade polyurethane finish, engineered to resist UV exposure, humidity, and corrosion. Available in Dark Copper, Copper, Pewter, Dark Bronze, Bronze, and Black.

Yes — all doors include double pane, clear insulated tempered glass as standard. Privacy glass upgrades are available: Aquatex, Flemish, Rain, Satin, and Reeded. Low-E glass is also available for enhanced energy efficiency.

Yes — our doors are built to withstand extreme weather conditions. Every door includes full perimeter weather stripping, a bottom door sweep, and high-density closed-cell polyurethane foam insulation for maximum thermal and acoustic performance.

We offer a lifetime structural warranty on the door frame and a 5-year DuPont finish warranty on paint and finish. Glass seals are also covered for 5 years.

Normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper installation, or damage reported after 48 hours of delivery are not covered under warranty.
